This proposal targets Wall Street—not small landlords. Homes should be places where families live, not simply assets traded by corporations.

Mental health care is one of America's most overlooked crises. Nearly one in five adults experiences mental health challenges annually, while millions of Americans wait months to see a counselor or therapist. The D.O. Initiative will double America's behavioral health workforce over the next decade through tuition assistance, scholarships, and workforce grants. Our goal is simple: reduce wait times from months to days and ensure that help is available when people need it most. Mental health is health care.

Passing the S.L.I.C.E. Act (Student Loan Ideal Calculation Evaluation)

Student debt has become a major obstacle to economic mobility. Millions of Americans delay buying homes, starting families, opening businesses, or saving for retirement because of crushing loan payments. The S.L.I.C.E. Act caps federal student loan interest rates at 3.1% and limits repayment obligations to a manageable percentage of income. Education should create opportunity and not decades of financial suffocation.

CEO Salary Cap

Since 1978, CEO compensation has increased nearly 1,500%. Worker pay has not. In the 1970s, the average CEO earned roughly 26 times what a typical worker earned. Today, many CEOs earn nearly 300 times more than the employees who help create that success. Under this proposal, executive compensation would be capped at 150 times the median employee salary. If executives want larger compensation packages, they can earn them the same way everyone else does: by helping their workers succeed. A stronger middle class begins with fairer rewards for work.
EXPANDING INTERNET ACCESS
Passing the the F.A.I.R. Plan (Functional Accessibility Internet Resource)

The F.A.I.R. Plan treats broadband access as critical infrastructure and establishes a pathway toward affordable nationwide internet service with a target cost of $10 per month.
Just as previous generations built highways, bridges, and rural electrification, our generation must build universal digital access.
Fiscal responsibility should not be partisan.
During President Reagan's second term, the corporate tax rate stood at 26%.
Reagan Redux restores the corporate tax rate to that level, generating hundreds of billions in revenue that can be invested in Social Security, education, health care, veterans services, and programs that strengthen working families.
If 26% worked under Reagan, it can work today.

Passing the M.A.K.E. Act (Military Access to Key Enamel)

America's veterans fulfilled their obligation to our nation. We must fulfill ours to them.
The M.A.K.E. Act provides comprehensive dental coverage through the VA system, recognizing that oral health problems are often linked to heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and other serious medical conditions. Too many veterans delay dental treatment because of cost.
Preventative care saves money, improves quality of life, and honors those who served.
Implementing the Triple E Program (Ending Exceptions for Elitism)

Too often, wealthy executives use stock compensation and special tax provisions to pay lower effective tax rates than working Americans.
The Triple E Program closes these loopholes by taxing large stock awards when received, requiring executives to take taxable salaries alongside stock compensation, and creating a fair taxation structure for high-value compensation packages.
The tax code should reward work and not privilege.
